Laughing Budai

Floating serenely through the fertile valleys of the wooded continent, Budai has no direct toxic effect upon its surroundings.

Its idle energy output does not register on any known instrument of measurement. This may be due to Budai only partially existing in our corporeal universe.

Budai seems to draw all of its energy from matter/anti-matter reactions it creates by opening controlled portals into an alien dimensional realm. This ability also allows Budai to resist the force of gravity and teleport itself short distances.

Although armed with a medium-caliber assault cannon on its left arm, Budai’s true destructive power resides in its ability to generate anti-matter gel constructs. When these constructs come in contact with normal matter, an immense release of energy is triggered.

Budai has earned the colloquial title “World Ender” or “World Cleanser”, since it clearly appears to have the potential to destroy entire planets.

However, it should be noted that Budai has repeatedly shown a distinct aversion to using more than a minute fraction of its maximum force.

The Intercessor

Endlessly patrolling the frozen tundra of the ice continent, The Intercessor is a beacon of brutal, uncompromising virtue.

Constructed in a time immemorial, this heavily-armored, rolling dreadnaught utilizes a virtually inexhaustible internal power supply based on ancient “atom-smashing” technology.

Thus far, every attempt made to engage The Intercessor has been met with intense destructive force.

Similarly, all communication attempts have yielded no response other than prolonged, indecipherable bouts of girlish laughter.

Armed with “The Breath of Heaven”, an ultra-heavy caliber gatling gun that rapidly fires caseless, irradiated rounds, and dual surface-to-air “Inquisitor” missile launchers, the Intercessor deals-out brute, pulverizing force indiscriminately.

Shivaya

Forever roaming the glassy flats of the Desolate Zone, the beauty of Shivaya’s eternal dance resonates across the wasteland continent.

Drawing an infinite power supply from the electromagnetic fields that swirl and roil through normal matter, Shivaya perpetually exists in an extremely high-voltage state.

Due to a curiously unique atomic vibration, Shivaya’s presence has been known to cause intense sexual arousal in both males and females. This is believed to be the direct cause of the Om Namah Shivaya cults and worship groups that consistently lead holy missions into the Desolate Zone. These ill-advised pilgrimages inevitably result in death; either by accelerated dehydration or severe electrocution.

Shivaya periodically vents energetic plasma through an articulated trunk.

Occasionally, an awe-inspiring display can be experienced when Shivaya discharges dual streams of concentrated photonic energy.

Om Namah Shivaya cultists refer to this display as “The bridge to Nirvana”
